Concept Art

Hey, if you've seen my two most recent pieces on stickpage you know I'm making some concept art. I'm not revealing my intent on creating it until it's all done, but I will give you guys a hint as to what I'm trying to achieve.

It involves futuristic qualities.
It will have frames.

Anyway I'm needing a new program besides paint. If anyone can turn me onto some free trails or free programs that have layers and a larger variety tools than paint has it would be much appreciated.

There's a program called Gimp2.0 that would be very useful to you. It is a free program but just as good as photoshop.
